Answer questions about your home and household. Our rules engine compares your answers against current Scottish funding schemes and gives you a clear result.

Home assessment
Usually within 10 working days
A Net Zero assessor visits your home, confirms what we saw in your answers and photos, and takes the measurements needed for an accurate quote.

Funding application
Varies by scheme
If funding applies, we prepare and submit the paperwork with you. We tell you exactly what documents are needed and what the scheme will and won't cover.

Installation
Typically 1–3 days on site
Our installers fit your insulation and any agreed measures. We protect your home while we work and tidy up properly afterwards.

Complete
Same week
You get your paperwork, guarantees and an updated view of your home's energy performance in your Net Zero portal.
What we'll never do
Home energy funding has a bad reputation for a reason. These are our rules.
- We won't tell you a grant is guaranteed. Funding could cover some or all of the cost — an assessor confirms it before any application.
- We won't cold-call you out of the blue. You choose how and when we get in touch.
- We won't hide the price. Every quote shows the full cost, the funding applied and what you'd contribute.
